The famed ‘LV’ initials are at the heart of the brand’s latest magnificent fine-jewelry collection. Imagined by Artistic Director, Watches and Jewelry for Louis Vuitton, Francesca Amfitheatrof, the new ‘LV Volt’ jewelry collection is a clever play on the design where the Maison’s signature initials blend together, split apart, and intertwine, becoming a metaphor for movement and a symbol of energy.
In the first chapter of the Louis Vuitton ‘LV Volt’ jewelry collection, the brand’s emblematic letters appear in their authentic form. Molded from brilliant gold and glazed with stunning diamonds, the ‘LV’ initials interact with each other, bringing to life a vibrant scene of symbols exploring light, space, and rhythm. The ‘LV’ initials find themselves more intricately wound together in the second chapter of the Louis Vuitton ‘LV Volt’ collection. The alphabets are twisted into chain links and molded into precious bijoux.
The collection – which transcends the imaginary lines of gender – is a testimony to Louis Vuitton’s skilled craftsmanship. Meticulously crafted, each piece in the Louis Vuitton’ LV Volt’ collection displays a precise balance between sharp lines and smooth contours. Drawing inspiration from the historic house’s cherished art codes, the 36 unisex pieces – comprising rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets – celebrate the Maison’s emblematic initials in their most abstract form. To celebrate the launch of the new range, Louis Vuitton is hosting a special pop-up in The Dubai Mall‘s Atrium.
