TAG Heuer and Porsche continue their fruitful collaboration with a new Caliber E4 model, the Swiss watchmaker’s connected watch. A special edition perfectly adapted to Porsche owners.

Porsche owners are very caring at TAG Heuer, which has unveiled a new Caliber E4 connected under Wear OS, multiplying the little touches. The watch, inspired by the automaker’s electric Taycan, takes on some of the vehicle’s design signatures, starting with blue highlights on the crown, pushers and strap.

This Porsche edition features a black ceramic bezel, sporting a scale ranging from 0 to 400 in reference to the speed of Porsche cars. The 45 mm case is also in black ceramic, while the base is in rubber for better comfort. The watch is supplied with a carbon imitation black calfskin strap, again to evoke the style of the Taycan (a black rubber strap completes the list of accessories).

The battery offers 30% more autonomy than previous models (TAG Heuer promises a day of operation). There is also a GPS and an accelerometer, as well as Bluetooth 5.0. There is also, of course, a heart rate sensor that will help measure health signals and during sports activities.

The driver of a compatible Porsche will be entitled to an exclusive animated dial composed of four complications. These will inform the driver of the battery charge and the mileage of his car, as well as the temperature (with the possibility of controlling it from the wrist).
